Agreement to terms
The telehealth services provided by Helm Protocols, LLC ("Helm," "we," "us," or "our") are strictly limited to safety assessments and peptide recommendations conducted by a licensed physician in the State of Colorado. Telehealth consultations are for health optimization purposes only and do not include the diagnosis, treatment, or management of general medical conditions. The physician may review voluntarily uploaded health data for peptide safety assessment purposes. The physician does not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship and does not serve as the member's primary care provider.
Eligibility
Members must be at least 18 years of age. By accessing our services, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into this agreement and meet all eligibility requirements.
Services provided, product liability, and third-party manufacturers
Helm Protocols, LLC is not a manufacturer or supplier of peptides. All peptide products are sourced from third-party manufacturers and compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies. Helm provides access to medically prescribed peptide therapies, concierge health services, and personalized protocols under the supervision of licensed healthcare providers. Helm assumes no liability for product defects, manufacturing errors, or adverse effects arising from third-party products.
Medical disclaimer and treatment limitations
Helm Protocols, LLC, its affiliated providers, and its concierge team do not act as primary care providers and do not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship. All protocols are designed for health optimization only — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about potential health benefits rest on preliminary research and should not be considered definitive. Services and recommendations constitute informational content only, not medical advice or treatment.
Voluntary participation and assumption of risk
Participation in Helm services is voluntary and undertaken at the member's own risk. By engaging in services or using products offered by Helm Protocols, LLC, members assume full responsibility for any and all outcomes, including but not limited to health-related effects, adverse reactions, or unintended consequences.
Membership, billing, and product purchases
Helm is a membership service. Membership requires an application, a health assessment, and approval. The first month of membership is complimentary for all new members; thereafter, the recurring membership fee is billed at the rate disclosed at signup. Members are notified before their first membership charge and may cancel at any time, in which case access continues through the end of the current billing period and no future charges are incurred.
Peptide products are sold separately, billed per order, and are not included in the membership fee. Refunds are not provided for unused services or early cancellation, except in the case of billing errors or at Helm's discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property, proprietary protocols, and data privacy
All proprietary content — including but not limited to treatment protocols, concierge frameworks, digital tools, and AI-driven health recommendations — is owned exclusively by Helm Protocols, LLC Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action. Helm implements reasonable measures to protect personal health information in compliance with applicable state and federal privacy laws; however, Helm does not guarantee the security of data transmitted via email, SMS, or other unencrypted communication channels.
Limitation of liability, third-party products, and force majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm Protocols, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services. This includes medical recommendations made by affiliated providers, the actions of contractors, and unauthorized use of the services. Helm disclaims liability for service disruptions, product shortages, regulatory changes, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.
Helm Protocols, LLC is not liable for the efficacy, safety, or quality of peptide products provided by third-party manufacturers or pharmacies. Members must immediately report issues, defects, or adverse reactions; Helm will notify the respective manufacturer or pharmacy but does not assume liability for product defects.
Indemnification and hold harmless
By using Helm services or products, members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helm Protocols, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to: misuse or unauthorized use of products, failure to follow instructions, failure to disclose relevant health information, or breach of these terms or related disclaimers. This obligation applies to claims asserted by members, third parties, or government agencies. All contractors and affiliates are required to maintain appropriate liability and professional negligence insurance.
Governing law, telehealth compliance, dispute resolution, and class action waiver
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Affiliated healthcare providers comply with telehealth regulations in Colorado and in any other state where services are offered, including licensure, informed consent, and confidentiality obligations.
All claims or disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Members waive the right to participate in class actions, collective claims, or any other representative action. Members must first attempt resolution through Helm's internal dispute-resolution process before initiating arbitration. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
