Purpose and scope
Telehealth services provided by Helm Protocols, LLC are strictly limited to safety assessments and peptide recommendations conducted by a licensed physician in the State of Colorado. These consultations focus on health optimization and do not include diagnosing or treating general medical conditions. Physicians review voluntarily uploaded health data solely for peptide safety assessment purposes and do not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship.
Consent and risk acceptance
Members accept all risks associated with peptide use and acknowledge responsibility for the accuracy of the health information they submit. Helm Protocols, LLC does not assume responsibility for adverse effects arising from undisclosed medical conditions, medication interactions, or incomplete or inaccurate health information. Members must disclose all medications, supplements, and relevant health conditions.
State-specific telehealth limitations
Telehealth services are performed by a physician licensed in the State of Colorado. Members must confirm that they are physically located in Colorado at the start of each telehealth session or asynchronous review. If a member is located outside of Colorado at that time, the session or review will be terminated and rescheduled. Helm reserves the right to terminate services if a member fails to disclose required information or misrepresents their health status or location.
Emergency and urgent care disclaimer
Helm Protocols, LLC does not provide urgent care, emergency services, ongoing medical management, or primary medical care through telehealth. In the event of a suspected adverse reaction to a peptide protocol, members are advised to discontinue use immediately and seek emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Quarterly check-ins and follow-up requests
Members receive quarterly check-ins with the Helm concierge team to review peptide protocols and health optimization progress. These check-ins do not constitute medical consultations.
Payment and insurance
Consultations are included in membership fees. Helm Protocols, LLC does not accept insurance for telehealth services. All telehealth services are self-pay only.
Data privacy and communication
Consultations are not recorded and are conducted over secure, encrypted channels. Members should avoid sending sensitive health information over unencrypted methods such as email or SMS. See our Privacy Policy for details on how health data is handled.
Limitation of liability
Helm Protocols, LLC, its physicians, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of telehealth services. Members expressly waive claims against Helm to the maximum extent permitted by law.
