- Optional health data — health information members choose to share voluntarily. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.

Data usage
Collected data supports our operations: health optimization and safety assessments, membership administration, legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Analytics rely on anonymized or aggregated information. Health data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit member consent.

Member data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Third-party processors that handle data on our behalf are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data-protection obligations. Member rights and data access
Members may, at any time:

- Request deletion of their data, excluding records we are legally required to retain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm Protocols, Inc. is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from breaches or vulnerabilities in third-party systems.
Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute arising under this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Colorado, on an individual basis. Members waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits; claims may not be consolidated or brought on a representative basis.
